You know what’s better than watching the Raiders pull out a close game after an initial Chargers touchdown was overturned? Watching the Raiders pull out a close game after an initial Chargers touchdown was overturned at a client’s luxury home in Lake Las Vegas on the big screen!

Wow, what a place. Besides the large screen TV and amazing sound system that made you feel like you were at the game (of course, no one is at games these days anyway, but that’s besides the point), it was great drinking beers and having awesome BBQ snacks for the entire afternoon overlooking the lake (and eventually witnessing an amazing sunset too!)

I mean, really: isn’t that the point? … living in a great house and inviting all your jealous friends over to show off? Well, maybe not in this case. It was more about seeing good friends over a game – and what a game it was!  While the Raiders were trailing 17-14 at the half, they came back strong for the win!

The Chargers seemingly had one of the most thrilling wins of the 2020 season when Justin Herbert lofted a pass to Donald Parham Jr. and Parham came down with what appeared to be a game-winning touchdown on the final play. Then after the play was overturned, it was our time to celebrate. (Although somehow, it’s not as satisfying watching the Chargers lose without seeing the look of dejection on the face of Phillip Rivers.)

Regardless, the Raiders are now 5-3 … and just like the Las Vegas real estate market, the future looks bright! Time for you to join our group and talk Raiders and real estate!
